Our position

Tweetclip does not host, store, or distribute any media. It only retrieves content that is already publicly served by Twitter/X's content-delivery network at a user's request, in the same way a web browser does. We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to download only content they are authorized to use.

Filing a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf) and believe your work is being used in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to dmca@tweetclip.app containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact Twitter/X URL(s) at issue.
• Your name, organization, and contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

What happens next

On receiving a valid notice we will promptly take reasonable action, such as blocking access to the reported URL through our tool. Note that the underlying file is hosted by Twitter/X and its removal from Twitter/X's servers is outside our control.
